1. Prefabrication paste process:

1.1 Put the environmentally friendly plasticizer DPGDB into a disperser, stir and heat it to 60 degree ;

1.2 Slowly add leveling agent cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB), heat and stir for 120 minutes;

1.3 Slowly add thickener hydrogenated castor oil (HCO), heat and stir for 30 minutes;

1.4 Stir and cool to below 40 degree , stop stirring and stand by.

2. Finished paste process:

2.1 In the mixer, add the plasticizer dipropylene glycol dibenzoate;

2.2 Add filler white carbon black;

2.3 Add the main ingredient dibenzoyl peroxide;

2.4 Add the required pigments;

2.5 Add the pre made paste obtained from the previous step and stir for 3 hours;

2.6 Add surfactants and stir for 30 minutes;

2.7 Vacuum and stir for 10 minutes, discharge and load into barrels to obtain dibenzoyl peroxide paste.
